Public Area Cleaner – Shopping Mall

About the role

Apt Resources is seeking a Public Area Cleaner to join a client’s team in Podgorica, Montenegro. You will be responsible for keeping the indoor public areas of a two‑floor shopping mall clean, hygienic and presentable throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance of indoor public areas on both floors.
• Follow the daily cleaning schedule and attend promptly to any areas requiring immediate attention.
• Use cleaning materials and equipment according to workplace procedures.
• Monitor assigned zones to ensure they remain clean and report any maintenance or hygiene issues to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping or public‑area maintenance, preferably in a mall, hotel or large commercial facility.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physically fit, reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Willingness to relocate to Podgorica and work the full 40‑hour week.
