Product Owner - Imunify Email (Remote)

About the role

CloudLinux is seeking a Product Owner to lead the remote squad that builds and operates the Imunify Email security line. You will combine technical direction with hands‑on engineering, guiding a senior team of engineers, data analysts and anti‑spam specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the product backlog into a sequenced engineering plan, manage estimates, dependencies and a reliable release train.
• Own the architecture of the email stack, review designs, write ADRs and make build‑vs‑buy decisions.
• Maintain production health by defining SLOs, alerting, capacity planning and incident command.
• Lead the distributed team through 1:1s, goal setting, performance reviews and hiring.
• Model and coach AI‑augmented development practices across the squad.

Required profile

• 5+ years as a software engineer with at least 2 years leading engineers in a product company.
• Strong Linux proficiency and ability to read production code in Go or Python.
• Proven track record of shipping and operating distributed backend services under real load.
• Demonstrated people leadership: coaching, performance conversations and hiring.
