Domestic Couple for Luxury Beachfront Villa in Montenegro

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, trustworthy two‑person team to manage a private luxury beachfront villa in Montenegro on a long‑term basis. The couple will handle both household and property duties to ensure the residence operates smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• General housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, wardrobe care and meal preparation
• Property caretaker duties including garden and outdoor maintenance, minor repairs, pool supervision and driving
• Pet care and overall support for the household

Required profile

• Previous experience in a private household, luxury villa or estate
• Good health, physically fit and basic English communication skills
• Valid driver’s licence (for caretaker role)
• Honest, discreet, reliable and professional attitude
