CRM & Promotions Manager – Montenegro

About the role

Join Fortuna Entertainment Group’s local LOB BET team in Montenegro as a CRM & Promotions Manager. You will shape customer engagement, retention and commercial performance by designing, executing and optimizing CRM campaigns and promotional activities tailored to the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and continuously optimise CRM activities across the customer lifecycle, from brief to launch, testing and evaluation.
• Coordinate campaign materials, including Terms & Conditions, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and legislation.
• Monitor campaign performance and key customer indicators such as retention, churn and UAPs, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Track promotional budgets, analyse competitor activity and prepare market insights, SWOT analyses and new concept proposals.
• Collaborate with local and international teams – Marketing Services Operations, Product, Acquisition, Customer Support, Group Marketing and Legal – to ensure timely and accurate communication of promotions.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in CRM, promotions, lifecycle marketing or a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, customer segmentation, personalization and retention strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining accuracy, quality and compliance.
• Analytical mindset with experience turning customer and market data into actionable recommendations.
• High school or university degree and at least B2 level English proficiency.
