AI Micro-Drama Scriptwriter

About the role

We’re a fast‑growing team producing AI‑generated micro‑drama series for US women aged 35–55. The role involves writing, generating and shipping short vertical series quickly, owning scripts from concept to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Write micro‑drama episodes (1–3 min) and full series arcs using Claude, GPT and other AI tools.
• Craft opening hooks that stop the scroll in the first three seconds and cliffhangers that drive the next episode.
• Develop scenes that translate into strong, cinematic AI visuals rather than generic output.
• Test new formats, analyse performance data and discard what doesn’t work.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of what makes a story addictive – tension, clear stakes, emotion and payoff.
• Exceptional attention to detail, catching plot holes, timeline inconsistencies and continuity errors.
• Ability to think visually and recognise what looks expensive and believable on screen.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Claude and GPT AI models.
• Prompt engineering for image and video generation models.

What we offer

• Full schedule flexibility in a 100 % remote setting.
• Complimentary gym membership and company‑sponsored outdoor adventures.
• Personal development budget and home‑office equipment allowance.
• Generous paid time off, including parental leave.
