Cluster Director – Procurement

About the role

The Cluster Director, Procurement leads purchasing activities for two hotel properties in Montenegro, ensuring all departments receive the right supplies while staying within budget. Reporting to the Cluster Director of Finance, this senior position drives cost‑effective supplier relationships and aligns procurement with global policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review, evaluate and approve specifications, issue RFQs/RFPs and manage the full procurement cycle.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance and secure favourable pricing, quality and delivery terms.
• Develop multi‑location contracts, pricing agreements and strategic vendor partnerships.
• Oversee purchase order approval, inventory management and compliance with purchasing policies.
• Provide regular reporting on inventory, costing performance and recommendations to global and property directors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years progressive purchasing experience in the hotel/F&B sector, preferably with multi‑unit responsibility.
• Proven budget and expense management track record, strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• College or university education; relevant industry certifications are a plus.
