Business Development Specialist – Global (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth across its global client base. You will work directly with the Chief Growth Officer, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while leveraging AI tools and market insights to create measurable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts; conduct meetings and negotiate deals.
• Use AI‑driven productivity tools to streamline workflows.
• Research industry trends and identify new market opportunities.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, manage the sales pipeline, and track personal KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and provide feedback for service improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B experience in sales, account management, or growth roles, preferably in tech.
• Fluent English (C1‑C2) – written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research and data analysis.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable handling high‑pressure situations.
